Bali is an island and province of Indonesia. The island of Bali lies 3.2 km east of Java, and is approximately 8 degrees south of the equator. The province includes the island of Bali and a few smaller neighboring islands, notably Nusa Penida. Climate and weather
The Island has a tropical wet and dry season with pleasant temperature year round, varying between 20-33⁰ C. From December to March, the west monsoon can bring heavy showers and high humidity. From June to September, the humidity is low and it can be quite cool in the evenings. At this time of the year there is hardly any rain in the lowland coastal areas.

Transportation
Bali’s public bus has several stations in central and eastern parts. There is no fixed price and it charges according to journey length. Taking a taxi is the island's most efficient and convenient means of transport.  You can find five kinds of taxis on the Island namely, green, orange, white, and black taxi. Blue taxi has the best reputation among them all. They charge in accordance to the meter. In addition, there are also ferry connections to other islands of Indonesia such as Island of Java and Lombok Island.

Gourmet
Balinese cuisine is a cuisine tradition of Balinese people from the volcanic island of Bali. Balinese Cuisine is one of the most complex cuisines in the world.
