  1. The promotional period for the offer is from 15 June 2026 to 30 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Customers with eligible WeLab Global Wallet Debit Card (“Cardholders”) can enjoy discounts of up to HK$800 per transaction during the Promotion Period on the designated hutchgo online travel platform for applicable travel products (“Offer”), as detailed below:
    1. To receive a HK$250 discount once for online bookings with a minimum spend of HK$3,000 or more after tax and surcharges, enter e-Coupon Code welab250 before checkout.
    2. To receive a HK$800 discount once for online bookings with a minimum spend of HK$10,000 or more after tax and surcharges, enter e-Coupon Code welab800 before checkout.
  3. Travel dates are subject to the availability of flight tickets on the hutchgo platform.
  4. The above e-Coupon Codes are subject to quota limits, available on a first-come, first-served basis, and are detailed as follows:
    1. e-Coupon Code welab250 is limited to a total quota of 352 codes.
    2. e-Coupon Code welab800 is limited to a total quota of 80 codes.
  5. Applicable travel products are limited to flight tickets only. Exclude hotels, travel packages, student and labour fares.
  6. The designated hutchgo online travel platform is limited to the website http://www.hutchgo.com.hk or hutchgo mobile application (hutchgo APP). For the avoidance of doubt, the coupon cannot be used in any purchase in hutchgo mall or for direct payments to airlines, and on request travel product reservation.
  7. Cardholders are required to enter the e-Coupon Code before payment. Post entry of the e-Coupon Code will not be accepted for the confirmed transaction.
  8. After entering the designated e-Coupon Code, the system will automatically apply the Offer to the applicable order and discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
  9. The Offer is not applicable to cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges.
  10. Unless otherwise specified, only one e-Coupon Code can be used for each transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent neither.
  11. In the event of booking cancellation, amendment, or refund, the refund amount will exclude the value of the used e-Coupon Code.

  13. The Offer cannot be used for flight booking directly settled with airlines and on personalized request flight reservation.
  14. There is a hutchgo administration fee upon any cancellation and amendment on the eligible bookings. In any case, hutchgo administrative fees will not be held or waived.
  15. If the flight ticket or hotel booking redeemed by the e-Coupon Code fails to depart or stay or use due to any force majeure factors (such as flight cancellation, rescheduling, failure to leave the country or compulsory quarantine caused by the pandemic), hutchgo is not responsible for any loss and will not make any refund or compensation of the e-Coupon Code used.
  16. Terms & Conditions of hutchgo (including those available on its website) shall apply to all travel product bookings on the designated hutchgo online travel platform as described in Clause 6 above.
  17. hutchgo reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Coupon use without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
