Planning a trip for the early summer holiday? Singapore must be the best choice for you and your family! The Singapore Government has announced the inclusion of Hong Kong as one of the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) areas effective from 25 February 2022.

VTL is more convenient compared to the current Air Travel Pass (ATP) for vaccinated persons. As long as travelers are fully vaccinated, able to present the vaccine records and pre-application, they can enter Singapore and be exempt from entry quarantine.

    Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) for Hong Kong Residents:

    • Fully vaccinated of WHO-approved vaccines (including Sinovac vaccine and BioNTech vaccine).
    • Provide a negative pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test result certificate which was tested within 72 hours of arrival.
    • Travellers should apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass between 3 and 60 calendar days prior to the intended arrival date. Unvaccinated children under 12 may travel as long as they are accompanied by Vaccinated Travel Lane travellers.
    • Fulfil Travel/Transit History: Stay in Hong Kong for at least 14 days before departure.
    • Passengers are required to take the designated vaccinated travel channel flights (Hong Kong＜＞Singapore; Singapore Airlines SQ883 and SQ895; Scoot TR981).
    • Provide a valid vaccination certificate in electronic copy. (The certificate can be shown by "iAm Smart" APP)
    • Provide a valid electronic or physical copy of pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test result certificate which was tested within 48 hours of arrival in English.
    • Conduct a self-administered Antigen Rapid Test at a Quick Test Centre (QTC) or Combined Test Centre (CTC) within 24 hours of arrival in Singapore.
