Japan resumes the entry of foreign tourists

The Government of Japan announced as of 10 June 2022, foreign tourists will be allowed to enter Japan unless they participate in an escorted tour with a Tourist guide.

Hong Kong is now included in the “Blue List” of low-risk groups. Hong Kong tourists are not required to present a vaccination certificate to the Japanese government upon entry, and they are also exempt from post-entry tests and quarantine.

On the other hand, please note that all Hong Kong tourists must be vaccinated before entering Hong Kong. Please hold a vaccination certificate before traveling abroad.
