Facing the COVID-19 outbreak and its impact on travel arrangements, Vietnam Airlines hereby provides passengers with the below latest travel updates.
Ticket change or cancellation: For booking Vietnam Airlines international flights on or before 24 March 2020, customers can rebook a new flight and the new travel itinerary must be completed by 31 December 2020. Fare differences have to be settled by customers. Please refer to the details announced by Vietnam Airlines.
