COVID-19 Travel Advisory
Facing the COVID-19 outbreak and its impact on travel arrangements, Singapore Airlines hereby provides passengers with the below latest travel updates.
Extend Travel Validity: For customers who booked Singapore Airlines’ tickets on or before 15 March 2020 with travel dates up to 31 May 2020, Singapore Airlines will retain the value of your ticket and extend its validity. Customers can rebook at a later date and the new itinerary must be completed by 31 March 2021. Rebooking fee will be waived by the airline. Please refer to the

If your booking is made via hutchgo.com, please kindly email us to
cs@hutchgo.com for assistance. By stating clearly of your booking number and departure date on the email subject, we will reply you as soon as possible to ensure our customers to receive timely assistance. As airlines have been continually reviewing their policies, we will handle customer’s cases based on different airlines’ policies and we will charge HKD420 handling fee per ticket. We recommend you to contact us at a later stage to ensure we have the latest travel policies and information if you are not going to travel within the next two weeks.
