Facing the COVID-19 outbreak and its impact on travel arrangements, Malaysia Airlines hereby provides passengers with the below latest travel updates.
Travel Rebooking: Under Malaysia Airlines’ requirements on scope and types of travel, there will be unlimited free changes to the date of customers’ flight, destination changes, and difference in fare for first rebooking will be waived, etc. Please refer to the
details announced by Malaysia Airlines.
Flight Refund: Under Malaysia Airlines’ requirements on scope and types of travel, cancellation and service fees are waived for partially used and totally unused tickets, applicable for refundable and non-refundable tickets. Please refer to the
details announced by Malaysia Airlines.
If your booking is made via hutchgo.com, please kindly email us to
cs@hutchgo.com for assistance. By stating clearly of your booking number and departure date on the email subject, we will reply you as soon as possible to ensure our customers to receive timely assistance. As airlines have been continually reviewing their policies, we will handle customer’s cases based on different airlines’ policies and we will charge HKD420 handling fee per ticket. We recommend you to contact us at a later stage to ensure we have the latest travel policies and information if you are not going to travel within the next two weeks.
