1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion valid from July 6, 2023 to August 31, 2023, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders")
of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible
Cards”). hutchgo.com (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment
system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card types, please contact the Merchant
for details.
3. Cardholders must register an account on hutchgo.com’s website or hutchgo.com’s
mobile app ("hutchgo.com Platform") to book and purchase products.
4. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the
respective promotion periods to enjoy the respective offers. For the avoidance of
doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any
transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or
refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as
specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party
payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google
Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic
Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from
time to time.
5. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this
promotion as well as the transactions based on Citibank's records.
6. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips
and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the Single
Net Transactions (as defined in Clause 16) for inspection upon request by Citibank.
All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other
special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or
exchanged for cash or other offers.
8. Availability of the offers is subject to products or service availability,
account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute
discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only
9. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related
products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible
for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all
auxiliary services.
10. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions
without prior notice.
11. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the
Merchant.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of
these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

14. Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards can enjoy 15% instant discount
upon booking of
Travel Packages (Flight and Hotel, departure from Hong Kong) for Two people or above
in a Single Net Transaction (based on transaction dates, as defined in Clause 16) at
hutchgo.com Platform and must successfully enter the promo code “CITI800” (“15% off
Promo Code”) prior to proceeding with payment using the Eligible Cards during the
Promotion Period. Each transaction can enjoy up to a maximum of HK$800 discount.
15. Each hutchgo.com member can enjoy 15% off Promo Code ONCE only (while the quota
lasts) with Eligible Cards but subject to quota limitation available during the
Promotion Period as such, 15% off Promo Code is limited to a total number of 800
quota on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts.
16. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction
after
deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers.
Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
17. Travel period is valid from July 6, 2023 to March 31 , 2024 and is subject to seat availability of flights and room availability of hotels.
18. Promo code is not applicable for any applicable taxes, cost of levy, fuel
surcharges, travel insurance and hutchgo administrative fee (if any).
19. Promo code cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or
discounts
and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent neither.
20. The promo code needs to be keyed in at time of payment whereas no promo code can
be
used once reservation is confirmed.
21. All bookings of Travel Packages cannot be amend, rebook or cancelled upon
confirmation.
23. The offer is limited to the principal Cardholders ("Designated Cardholders") of
Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Rewards Card, Citi
Prestige Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi PremierMiles Card and Citi ULTIMA issued
by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Designated Cards").
24. Cardholders can earn a HK$100 hutchgo.com e-Coupon (“HK$100 Coupon”) upon making
a
successful Citi Pay with Points redemption of HK$300 or above via hutchgo.com
Platform with Designated Cards during the Promotion Period.
25. The HK$100 e-Coupon will be email to the Cardholder’s registered email address
within 5 working days upon each successful Pay with Points redemption. hutchgo.com
will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the HK$100 e-Coupon based
on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank shall not be
responsible for any matters in relation to the HK$100 e-Coupon fulfillment
arrangement. For fulfillment issues or disputes, please contact hutchgo.com’s
customer service.
26. Cardholders can use the HK$100 e-Coupon for his/her next Single Net Transaction
at
hutchgo.com and/or hutchgo.com mall Platform with Eligible Cards and must
successfully enter the corresponding HK$100 e-Coupon.
27. The corresponding HK$100 e-Coupon(s) is/are valid until December 31, 2023.
28. No limitation in travel period but is subject to seat availability of flights
and
room availability of hotels.
29. Cardholders are required to maintain sufficient available Citi Points of
equivalent
value of at least HK$300 in their Designated Card accounts in order to complete the
Citi Pay with Points redemption to enjoy the offer. The offer is subject to “Citi
Pay with Points” Terms and Conditions.
30. Each hutchgo.com member can enjoy the offer ONCE only during the Promotion
Period.
31. HK$100 e-Coupon is limited to a total number of 800 quota per calendar month
during
the Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts.
32. The e-Coupon is only applicable for booking flights, hotel or travel packages on
hutchgo.com and products on hutchgo mall. It is not applicable for any applicable
taxes, cost of levy, fuel surcharges, travel insurance, hutchgo administrative fee
and delivery fee.
33. All bookings or purchase must be done on hutchgo.com website or hutchgo app.
34. The e-Coupon is for one-time redemption. The total value of the e-Coupon will be
deducted in full when used. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
35. Only one e-Coupon can be used for each transaction, and cannot be used in
conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed for
cash or cash equivalent neither.
36. The e-Coupon needs to be keyed in at time of payment whereas no e-Coupon can be
used once reservation is confirmed.
37. Any unused services, refund is not applicable and not valid for exchange of
other
services. Any expired or invalid eCoupons will not be re-issued.
38. If the booking is cancelled or requested refund, the e-Coupon will not be
reissued
for reuse. Refund amount will not include the e-Coupon value, if refund is made.
39. You must not store the e-Coupon in a data retrieval system outside of this
website;
or reproduce, copy, change or publish the e-Coupon in any form or by any means; or
misuse e-Coupon. Any of the foregoing acts is a violation of the terms and
conditions of e-Coupon, which may result in the rejection or cancellation of the
relevant e-Coupon. All consequences, losses and/or damages shall be borne by you,
hutchgo.com will not be responsible or bear any legal responsibility.
1. Citi Pay with Points Redemption Service (“Service”) applies to Principal
Cardholders ("Eligible Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi
HKTVmall Card, Citi Rewards Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card,
Citi Prestige Card, and Citi Ultima Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited
("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards").
2. This Service is applicable to the Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 3
below) Cardholders made at the hutchgo.com mobile application, website
www.hutchgo.com.hk or website https://mall.hutchgo.com/hk (“hutchgo.com’s Online
Platform”) with a credit card issued by Citibank (“Eligible Transaction”).
3. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction
after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers.
Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
4. To enjoy this Service, Cardholders must verify their identity by providing the
last 4 digits of their Eligible Cards and their mobile number that has been
registered with Citibank, as per Citibank’s last updated record, to receive a
One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time
Password is correctly entered. Eligible Cardholders can select the amount to redeem
with Citi Points (“Points”) and complete the redemption under the Service. If the
Eligible Card account provided by the Eligible Cardholder is not a credit card
account for effecting the Eligible Transaction, the redemption amount will be posted
to the Eligible Card account provided by the Cardholder according to Clause 6 as a
statement credit, which can be used for offsetting the purchases other than the
Eligible Transaction.
5. The Service is valid immediately after performing the Eligible Transaction. In
any case Cardholders exit from hutchgo.com’s Online Platform voluntarily or
involuntarily including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device
malfunction or unexpected outage on hutchgo.com’s Online Platform, during any of the
steps illustrated under Clause 4 above, Cardholders will not be eligible to enjoy
the Service and will require to make another Eligible Transaction at hutchgo.com’s
Online Platform to enjoy the Service.
6. The amount of Points redeemed for statement credits to offset Eligible
Transaction will be deducted from Eligible Card account. Cardholders may redeem up
to Eligible Transaction amount in full with Points or available Points at Eligible
Card account (whichever is lower). Cardholders must redeem a minimum amount, which
is subject to the minimum required Points shown in the Citi Pay with Points page
under hutchgo.com’s Online Platform for each redemption. Statement credits will be
posted to Eligible Cardholders’ Card Account within 7 calendar days of redemption.
7. The redemption rate varies by credit card types and may change from time to time.
The exact redemption amount and points required are based on the display at the Citi
Pay with Points page under hutchgo.com’s Online Platform at the time of redemption.
8. Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to mobile phone number.
Citibank shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or
damages arising from the Service.
9. The Service cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other
promotion.
10. If under any circumstances Eligible Cardholders return or cancel the Eligible
Transaction, any associated statement credit will remain on Eligible Cardholders’
Card Account and Points will not be returned.
