"Emirates 2 night free hotel stay promotion" Terms & Conditions:
- The promotion period is between 8 - 22 Oct 2019.
- The travel period is between 11 Oct 2019 - 14 Nov 2019 and 23 Nov 2019 - 25 Dec 2019.
- Flight booking has to be completed no later than 96 hours before departure date.
- Upon booking of Emirates' Economy & Business Class round-trip tickets to Dubai with a specific fare remark of “From now until 22Oct19, book Emirate Ticket to Dubai to enjoy two complimentary nights’ accommodation! Terms and Conditions.” through www.hutchgo.com.hk website, every booking are eligible for 2 nights free hotel stay.
- Offers applicable to adult fare passengers only and passengers must be 21 years old or above to enjoy offers. Proof of age may be required.
- An Accommodation Itinerary will be emailed to the registered email address within 24 to 72 hours.
- The issued Accommodation Itinerary along with valid ID must be presented at time of check-in at the hotel.
- Passengers requiring a UAE entry visa are responsible to apply for and be in possession of a valid visa prior to entering the UAE. For any questions or queries related to visa requirements and/or eligibility, passengers must check with their local authorities or UAE representatives.
- The offer does not include meet and assist at the airport, nor airport transportation.
- Chauffeur drive available in Dubai for eligible F/J class passengers. Chauffeur drive must be booked as per normal process.
- Offer is valid on flights operated by Emirates only. Codeshare flights are excluded from the offer.
Flight details:
- Prices do not include any applicable airport taxes & surcharges.
- Above airfares are round-trip.
Hotel details:
- The offer includes two (2) complimentary nights’ stay at either Rove at the Park or Rove Healthcare City for Economy Class or the Address Hotel Downtown or Address Dubai Mall for First or Business Class passengers on room-only basis, breakfast not included; and is subject to availability. If the hotel offered respective to the passengers’ class of travel is not available, Emirates will book a room at a hotel with a comparable star rating.
- A 24 hour check-in and check-out policy applies. Check-in time is referenced from Dubai scheduled flight arrival time of the original booking. The complimentary stay will always be booked starting from the date of arrival in Dubai.
- The room type at Rove at the Park or Rove Healthcare City includes (1) adult in single room occupancy or (2) adults in double room occupancy. A maximum of one (1) child under 12 years of age is permitted to share accommodation with the parents in the same room, with existing bedding.
- The room type at Address Hotel Downtown or Address Dubai Mall includes (1) adult in single room occupancy or (2) adults in double room occupancy. A maximum of one (1) child under 12 years of age is permitted to share accommodation with the parents in the same room, with existing bedding.
- In case of eligible passengers sharing a room, the offer will not be combinable and only 2 complimentary night will be extended in total for both passengers.
- The offer includes taxes and Tourism Dirham Fee.
- Hutchison Travel Limited & Emirates is not responsible for any additional room charges, incidentals, mini-bar etc. All additional charges will be the responsibility of the passenger.
- The offer includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the offer. The guest will be responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with availing of the offer and the hotel stay including but not limited to travel insurance, food, and transfers (other than as provided for under these terms) and any other ancillary costs associated with the offer and the hotel stay.
- In case of flight rebooking, change requests for rooms will be subject to availability within the sales period, and no change is permitted within 72 hours prior to travel.
- If the flight booking is cancelled, the confirmed hotel booking will be automatically cancelled without any notification.
- Guests may be required to provide a credit card at check-in to the hotel.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice
