Starting form 7 September, 2021 international tourists who fully vaccinated with accepted COVID-19 vaccines in Canada can exempt from quarantine. All travelers are required submitting all required COVID-19 information into ArriveCAN before 48 hours of boarding; take pre-entry COVID-19 molecular test in negative result before 72 hours of departure; a proof of vaccination in English or French.
If you have vaccinated with BioNTech in Hong Kong before 14 days of your departure, you will be able to exempt from quarantine after arrive to Canada.

Hong Kong Government currently sets the entry requirements for all travelers travel from Canada (Group B). Travelers are required to provide a negative result of PCR test for COVID-19 within 72 hours; and booking confirmation for a designation hotel for quarantine. Passengers who are fully vaccinated are required to undergo 14-day compulsory quarantine at the designated quarantine hotel and self-monitored within 7 days; more details can be found on the government website.
