If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of this Important Notices, the English version shall prevail.
The passenger name(s) and title(s) MUST BE CORRECTLY entered with EXACT sequence as they appear on your passport or other valid travel document. No amendments on passenger name(s) and title(s) are allowed once the transaction is completed successfully.
For all ticket refunds, cancellation, re-issues and amendments, please be advised that penalty may apply subject to airline permission. The penalty incurred may be potentially up to the full value of your booking. On top of the airline penalty, a handling fee of HKD420/USD55 per ticket for amendments and HKD420/USD55 per ticket for cancellation will be charged by Hutchison Travel Limited.
Tickets, especially those sold at promotional or seasonal prices, are strictly NON REFUNDABLE based on the fare rules specified by the airlines. You are advised to read through the fare rules carefully before you proceed to confirm your booking. For itineraries involving multiple carriers, the most restrictive fare rule will apply to the entire booking. Ticket validity also depends on the fare rules. Any booking fees and e-coupons utilized are non-refundable. Package bookings are non-changeable, non-endorsable and non-refundable once confirmed.
The information provided herein will be automatically transferred to the airline carrier for communications of, including but not limited to, any schedule changes or flight irregularities.
- Airlines information
Airlines will occasionally adjust their flight times and schedules for various reasons, so we strongly recommend passengers to re-confirm their flights and check-in location directly with the airlines prior to each departure.
Not all fares are entitled to mileage accrual or upgrade. Baggage allowance policies vary by different airlines. Please check with the airlines before confirm the booking.
- Fuel Surcharge
The amount of fuel surcharge listed above is an estimated cost only. The fuel surcharge will be increased subject to individual policies of airline companies. hutchgo.com reserves the right to request customers for paying the additional amount due to any immediate change of fuel surcharge imposed by respective airline(s) before the tickets are issued. Should there be any dispute on the total amount of fuel surcharge, hutchgo.com's decision shall be final.
- E-Ticket
You will receive an instant confirmation e-mail including the confirmation number and itinerary once your transaction is completed. Your Electronic Ticket will be sent to the email address you've provided next working day. Please note that you are required to keep a printed copy of the e-ticket for check-in and immigration purpose.
- Change, Cancellation and Refund
Our travel products may be provided by the airlines or other travel service suppliers. If the booking is made directly through hutchgo.com, the change, cancellation and refund policies of hutchgo shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between such policies of hutchgo and the airline/other travel service supplier.
- Passports/Visa
It is each passenger’s responsibility to make sure that you are fully aware and comply with all passports, visa, health or other country specific information and requirements which may relate to your transit or final destination. Please ensure your passport has at least 6 months’ validity prior to the return date with a valid Tourist / Business / Transit visa if it is required.
- Payment
Hutchison Travel Limited reserves the right to cancel this booking if you failed to reply the email or failed to provide additional credit card details if so requested.
- Travel Insurance
hutchgo.com travel insurance is underwritten by Liberty International Insurance Limited with services provided by Allianz Global Assistance. Please read the "Policy Wording" for complete details on the terms of coverage. Please note that travel insurance payment will be charged by Hutchison Travel Limited directly.
- Roaming Data SIM Card
hutchgo.com Roaming Data SIM Cards are provided by third party providers. The payment will be charged by Hutchison Travel Limited directly, and no refund is allowed once the order has been confirmed.
