有關兌換「香港往台北來回機票」的條款及細則：

1. 會員必須確保在豐澤網站及hutchgo.com網站上輸入的乘客姓名與乘客的有效旅遊證件上之英文全名完全相符，否則乘客將無法成功登機。
2. 每位會員只能在是次活動使用換領碼兌換一次機票，而每位乘客只能預訂一張機票。如發現任何人以同一個名字預訂多張機票，豐澤和hutchgo.com將取消其航班預訂，恕不另行通知。
3. 會員同意向豐澤及hutchgo.com 所提供之相關乘客個人資料，將會被用作本推廣下兌換機票之用途。
4. 如會員在兌換機票後要求退貨及退款，而會員沒有足夠的i-Coins數值可退回，豐澤將根據每一i-Coin的價值($40) 於退款中扣款。
5. 單人來回機票獎賞以兌換碼形式呈現並由豐澤提供。
6. 每個機票兌換碼只適用於兌換香港至台北的經濟客艙來回機票一張，並乘搭指定航空公司航班。旅客不可在兌換時選擇航空公司，亦不可指定航班；兌換將以旅客所選的旅行日期航班座位供應情況而定。如有爭議，屈臣氏零售(香港)有限公司旗下豐澤及和Hutchison Travel Limited擁有最終決定權。
7. 往返香港(HKG)及台北桃園機場(TPE) 指定航空公司為中華航空 (CI)。
8. 會員必須在有效期內，即2025年9月1日至2025年12月29日（包括首尾兩天），於hutchgo.com網站以換領通知電郵中的換領碼兌換機票。
9. 有效旅行日期為2025年9月1日至2026年6月30日，不包括不適用日子，並視航班座位供應情況而定。
10. 不適用日子為：
    2025年：10月1至8日、12月16至31日。
    2026年：1月1至2日、2月13至20日、4月2至8日、5月1至2日。
11. 機票有效期為2-7日。
12. 每張機票包含一件由該航空公司提供之最低寄艙行李限額。
13. 機票優惠碼不適用於扣減任何稅項、印花成本、燃油附加費、香港機場建設費、用於其他/特別日子的補充附加費，以及hutchgo.com收取的行政費。有關款項需由乘客自付。有關詳情請查閱hutchgo.com網站 (https://www.hutchgo.com.hk/FortressiCoinJourneyAwaits/index.html) 。
14. 所有機票預訂必須於 https://www.hutchgo.com.hk/FortressiCoinJourneyAwaits/index.html 網頁兌換。
15. 機票優惠碼必須在航班起飛前至少10個工作天登記換領。
16. 任何未使用的服務，不予退款，也不能兌換其他服務。任何過期或無效的兌換碼都不獲重發。
17. 機票不可轉讓，亦不可兌換現金或更改為其他產品或服務。
18. 機票預購一經確認，不可退款或重新預訂。
19. 換領碼不可轉讓、不可退款、不能在任何渠道銷售、更不能更改旅行目的地。換領碼僅供一次性兌換，不可與其他hutchgo.com促銷優惠同時使用，且不可兌換現金或現金等價物品。
20. 換領碼一旦發出，將不會重新派發。通過未經授權的渠道獲得，或以任何方式修改、複製、偽造、損壞或篡改的兌換碼將被視為無效。任何與hutchgo.com數據庫系統記錄不符的優惠券兌換碼將不被接受兌換。
21. 會員不得將機票兌換碼存儲在兌換網站以外的資料檢索系統內；或以任何形式或通過任何方式重製、複制、更改或發佈機票兌換碼；或濫用機票兌換碼。任何前述行為是違反機票兌換碼條款及細則，有可能導致有關機票兌換碼被拒絕或取消，一切後果、損失及╱或損害由得獎者負責及承擔，和記旅遊恕不負責或承擔任何法律責任。
22. 使用優惠碼預講的機票如因任何不可抗力之因素（如疫情引起的航班取消、改期、未能出境或強制檢疫等）而未能出發，屈臣氏零售(香港)有限公司旗下豐澤及和Hutchison Travel Limited將不會對客戶的任何損失負上責任，亦不會作出退款或賠償。
23. 如果會員未能出示有效的個人身份證明和相關旅行證件，或因任何其他原因被入境事務處拒絕入境，屈臣氏零售(香港)有限公司旗下豐澤及和記旅遊有限公司將不承擔任何責任。

Additional Terms & Conditions for “Hong Kong – Taipei Round Trip Ticket” Redemption

1. Members must ensure that the names input on FORTRESS’s website/ App and hutchgo.com are exactly the same as the full name on passengers’ valid travel document, otherwise the passenger would not be able to board the flight successfully.
2. Each member can only redeem one set of air-ticket in the campaign using the redemption code, and each passenger can only reserve one air ticket. If anyone is found to have more than one air ticket reserved under same name, FORTRESS and hutchgo.com would cancel the flight booking without prior notice.
3. Members agree to disclose the personal information of the passengers to Fortress and hutchgo.com for air ticket redemption purpose of this campaign.
4. If member requests a return and refund of goods after redeeming the air ticket, and the member does not have sufficient i-Coins value to return, Fortress would deduct the value of incurred i-Coins (with each of the i-Coins valued $40) from the refund amount.
5. Flight ticket is provided by Fortress in form of one unique redemption code.
6. The ticket redemption code is only applicable for ONE economy class round-trip flight ticket from Hong Kong to Taipei redemption, with designated carriers and is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates. Please note that the eligible winner cannot choose the carrier or specific flight time upon the redemption. Redemption is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates. In case of dispute, A.S. Watson Retails (HK) Ltd. (FORTRESS) and Hutchison Travel Limited reserves the right of final decision.
7. Designated carrier for round trip ticket from Hong Kong (HKG) to Taipei (TPE) is China Airlines (CI).
8. Members must redeem their air tickets on hutchgo.com within the validity period, which is from September 1, 2025, to 29 December, 2025 (including the first and last day), using the redemption code provided in the redemption notification email.
9. Travel Period is from 1 September, 2025 to 30 June, 2026, except blackout period and is subject to seat availability of flights.
10. Blackout Period: 1-8 Oct 2025, 16-31 Dec 2025, 1-2 Jan 2026, 13-20 Feb 2026, 2-8 Apr 2026, 1-2 May 2026.
11. Ticket Validity is 2-7 days.
12. Each ticket includes one minimum allowance of checked baggage provided by the selected carrier.
13. The ticket redemption code is not applicable for any applicable taxes, cost of levy, fuel surcharges, Hong Kong Airport construction fee, blackout period/ special date surcharge and administration fee of hutchgo.com. 14. All flight tickets booking must be made at https://www.hutchgo.com.hk/FortressiCoinJourneyAwaits/index.html
15. Redemption must be done at least 10 working days before flight departure.
16. Any unused services, refund is not applicable and not valid for exchange of other services. Any expired or invalid redemption code will not be re-issued.
17. Flight Tickets cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent.
18. Once the redemption is confirmed, amendment, refund or rebook is not allowed.
19. The redemption code is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold on any channels. Change of travel destination is also not allowed. This voucher is for one-time redemption. It cannot be used in conjunction with other hutchgo.com promotional offers and is not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent items.
20. Redemption code will not be reissued once distributed. Redemption code obtained through unauthorized channels or modified, copied, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way will be deemed void. Any voucher code that does not match the records of hutchgo.com database system will not be accepted for offer redemption.
21. You must not store the redemption code in a data retrieval system outside of the redemption website; or reproduce, copy, change or publish the redemption code in any form or by any means; or misuse redemption code. Any of the foregoing acts is a violation of the terms and conditions, which may result in the rejection or cancellation of the relevant redemption code. All consequences, losses and/or damages shall be borne by you, and Hutchison Travel Limited (hutchgo) will not be responsible or bear any legal responsibility.
22. If the redeemed ticket fails to depart or stay due to any force majeure factors (such as flight cancellation, rescheduling, failure to leave the country or compulsory quarantine caused by pandemic), A.S. Watson Retails (HK) Ltd. (FORTRESS) and Hutchison Travel Limited is not responsible for any loss and will not make any refund or compensation of the redemption code used.
23. If member fails to present valid personal identification and related travel documents or is rejected by immigration for any other reason, A.S. Watson Retails (HK) Ltd. (FORTRESS) and Hutchison Travel Limited shall not be held liable.
