# "Spend Overseas & Earn More 2" Terms & Conditions:
The promotion period for "Spend Overseas & Earn More 2" Travel Offer ("The Offer") is from 18 July to 30 November 2016 (both days inclusive).
  1. The Offers are only applicable to the UnionPay cards starting with “62”, including the specified UnionPay credit cards issued in Hong Kong and Macau, and UnionPay cards issued in Mainland China.
  2. To enjoy the Offer, cardholders, who have purchased any instantly confirmed flight ticket(s), hotel room(s) or travel packages on hutchgo.com Hong Kong website, should pay with the same UnionPay Cards via UnionPay network for overseas spending of HK$2,000 or above (hereinafter the “Eligible Transaction”) during promotion period. “Eligible Transaction” does not include Merchant receipts from the following transactions: purchase of merchant coupon (e.g. bakery voucher, cash coupon), bank services, any value-added service, online shopping, email or phone ordering, cancelled or refunded transaction, or any other transaction category decided by Hutchison Travel Limited and UnionPay International Hong Kong Branch (“UnionPay Hong Kong”). Receipts or POS slips in copies, handwritten-styled or reprint will not be accepted.
  3. The transaction currency is based on Hong Kong dollars for all UnionPay cards (including both Hong Kong Dollar Cards and non-Hong Kong Dollar Cards). The exchange rate adopted refers to the UnionPay exchange rate listed on UnionPay website www.unionpayintl.com/HK/Travel on the date of conversion.
  4. To participate in the Offer, UnionPay cardholders are required to register details of the eligible transaction in the designated website and time period as stated below:
    ‧ The period of overseas spending: From 00:00, 18 July to 23:59, 30 November 2016 (Hong Kong Time)
    ‧ The period of registration: From 00:00, 18 July to 23:59, 16 December 2016 (Hong Kong Time)
  5. Every eligible UnionPay cardholders can register and be rewarded once only for the Offer. Repeated registration is deemed to be cancelled. Top 40 registered high spenders with the same UnionPay Card for overseas spending can win a HK$500 hutchgo.com Travel Voucher.
  6. Customers must read and acknowledge the terms and conditions and then enter the required information, including UnionPay cardholder’s name, card number (first six digits + last four digits), total amount of overseas spending, hutchgo.com booking number, contact number, email address, mailing address (if applicable). By participating in the promotion, cardholders agree to and accept all the terms and conditions of the promotion.
  7. In the event that the cardholder fails to receive the travel voucher based on the personal information provided, he or she will be regarded as forgoing the offer.
  8. Every eligible payment settlement can only be registered once. Receipts of the transactions should be kept for verification and redemption purpose. In case of any disputes, the decision of UnionPay Hong Kong and hutchgo.com shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
  9. Damaged, outdated, photocopied receipts or those which fail to show clearly the transaction date, time, amount and currency are invalid.
  10. The result will be announced on hutchgo HK Facebook Fan page and the winners will be notified by e-mail on or before 31 December, 2016.
  11. Cardholders must agree “I wish to receive rewards, exclusive travel deals and discounts through Email.” Otherwise, he or she will be regarded as forgoing the offer and the notification e-mail will not be delivered.
  12. Winners are required to provide the official receipts of the payment of settlement. Travel voucher will be sent through e-mail to the registered email address.
  13. To enjoy the discount, UnionPay cardholders have to key in the e-Coupon code at the time of making the payment before 23:59, 30 June, 2017, for the travel products with the final price over HK$500 and the travel period on or before 31 December, 2017, and customer should settle the remaining amount with UnionPay Card. The time of transaction refers to the system time of hutchgo.com Hong Kong website.
  14. This e-Coupon code is for one-time redemption.
  15. Only one e-Coupon code can be used for each transaction.
  16. In case of any fraudulence on spending amount, redemption result notice or email, Hutchison Travel (HK) Limited and UnionPay Hong Kong reserve the rights to disqualify the cardholder in concern from participating in the promotion and/or revoke the decision of giving out the travel voucher and/or pursue any legal liability.
  17. The e-Coupon code cannot be redeemed for cash or equivalent.
  18. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
  19. Hutchison Travel (HK) Limited and UnionPay Hong Kong reserve the rights to suspend, revise, or terminate all or any part(s) of the Offers, or the terms and conditions herein contained, at any time without prior notice or reason. In case of any disputes, the decision of UnionPay Hong Kong and relevant participating merchants shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
  20. Personal information provided by cardholders in this promotion would be transferred to hutchgo.com for the purposes of administration, documentation, communication and delivery of prizes of the promotion. Personal information is collected for the purpose of this promotion only and all personal information will be destroyed on 31 March, 2017.
